The 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services III (STARS III) Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract to provide IT services and IT services-based solutions to Federal customers. Examples of work that can be performed under STARS III include Data Management, Information and Communications Technology, IT Operations and Maintenance, IT Security, Software Development, and Systems Design.

05. Certifications
Contracts are the communication medium to specify supplies and services to be rendered between parties. Contracts set expectations by detailing scope, cost, and delivery schedule of the services to be performed.
